Based on extensive academic and commercial research combined with c.20 years’ experience, I believe there are basic behavioural rules which transcend technology.
I apply these rules to help businesses develop new products, services and processes which facilitate user behaviours and avoid breaching them to ensure project success and mitigate risk. I believe that technology is the enabler, user experience is the differentiator.
