Background
My expertise lies in Innovation, Digital and Data I have a background in cyberpsychology and an in-depth understanding of people’s use of technologies. I combine my consulting, agency and client-side experience to bridge the gaps between Customer, Business and Technology delivering future facing transformational change at pace.
At HSBC I partner with product and client teams to develop digital solutions for customers using disruptive and new ways of working. At IBM I delivered and led digital transformation projects managing teams execute major change for global brands. As a Consultant I developed Digital Strategies for international businesses.
In the early 2000’s I founded digital Research and Analytics departments in global innovation agencies and in 2009 I acquired a ‘first of its kind’ Msc in Cyberpsychology.
I have blogged for the Telegraph on the psychology of technology and have lectured on Digital at Cranfield University. I have an active interest in Blockchain, AI and Machine Learning initiatives and continue to provide expert comment on the impact of emerging technology on human behaviour in the media.
In June 2019 I was shortlisted for the Women in Banking and Finance Tech Star award acknowledging my contribution to Fintech, innovation and thought leadership and in September 2019 won a place the inaugural Sibos STAR Scholarship Scheme which fosters future female talent.
